Client Service Rep Needed In Fast Paced Office (Multiple)
Job Description:

Our thriving and growing Farmers Insurance District is seeking to add a Customer Service Representativeimmediately to work with our current client via phone and in office appointments. This is a full time position. Our office offers an opportunity for advancement and a chance to work with a nationally recognized team of sales and insurance professionals. This position is critical to the success of the office and the district territory. There are bonuses and perks based on performance and productivity that exceed industry average.

About You:

If you have experience in a customer service capacity, helping out customers, answering questions, focusing on their needs above your own, then this is the type of person we re looking for. We need a talented person who will put the customer 1st by having engaging conversations, provide valuable information and great after call follow up.

Job Requirements

Skills and Requirements:

• High School Diploma; a college degree preferred (not required)
• 1-2 years of customers service or sales experience
• Insurance, real estate, or banking experience is a plus
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Mid level computer literacy -- Outlook, Microsoft Office, comfortable on line
• Basic understanding of Social Media and it's usefulness
• Self Motivated, Goal Driven and a positive attitude
• An interest in networking and community activities
