Job Description

We are currently recruiting for Full-Time and Part-Time Customer Service Representatives to help support our client in the northwest suburbs. Customer Service Representatives will handle a high volume of inbound customer calls and be the first point of contact for callers regarding health benefit account enrollment and ongoing account updates.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer issues and inquiries via inbound calls
  • Process customer account enrollments, answer customer questions and resolve customer issues
  • Provide a high level of service to callers to ensure they understand company processes

Job Requirements

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • Minimum of six months customer service experience, either in a call center or face-to-face environment
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to pass pre-employment skill assessments
  • High School diploma or GED


Our client is looking to hire for both Full-Time and Part-Time shifts between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
