Job Description

Call Center Customer Service experience REQUIRED

Primary Responsibilities:

• Process incoming borrower’s checks by following established guidelines to open and sort documentation, tag items with identifying information and file checks appropriately
• Communicate with borrowers and clients by drafting correspondence and researching and answering inquiries to provide timely and effective customer service
• Process loss drafts claim documentation by reviewing files in assigned queues, extracting required information and entering data to foster accurate record keeping, meet volume and quality requirements and ensure timely, valid payments to borrowers
• Facilitate compliance of borrower home repairs by collaborating with clients and utilizing internal systems to review claim information and ensure repairs are completed according to policy specifications and guidelines
• Ensure complete and accurate documentation of property damage claims and repairs by contacting borrowers as required to gather missing information, resolve inconsistencies and confirm next steps
• Manage individual performance by setting work-related goals, tracking personal achievements, soliciting feedback and communicating with management to identify improvement strategies
• Build skills and knowledge related to loss drafts services by participating in cross-training and learning additional processes and procedures to support multiple workflows and contribute to effectiveness of team operations
• Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating cultural expectations and influencing others to reward performance and value “can do" people, accountability, diversity and inclusion, flexibility, continuous improvement, collaboration, creativity and fun

Job Requirements

Call Center Customer Service experience REQUIRED

  • Bilingual is preferred 
  • Strong sense of empathy as they are dealing with customers who have suffered the loss of their home or severe damage to their homes
  • Mortgage call center is a plus.
  • Able to work with a very regimented schedule as it is a call center environment. 

Hours are 6:00am – 8:00pm so they will get a shift during those hours  

  • Training will be 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • MUST Be able to start on 9/2 (no exceptions)
