Job Description

 

You will manage the HR function for a unionized manufacturing plant.

Will build trust though ongoing, active communication with employees.

Work all generalist areas including labor relations, recruitment/staffing, benefits administration, and employment law such as FMLA, EEO/AAP, etc.

Job Requirements

Requires BS degree (MBA a plus) and 5+ years HR generalist experience in manufacturing. 

Must have experience in a unionized plant and have worked for a minimum of 2 years in labor relations. 

Should have outstanding people skills and strong relationship building background.
