Beaman Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is looking for self-motivated and dependable new team players to join our fast growing organization and become highly compensated sales professionals.  

Our Sales Consultants:
·         Create and maintain excellent relationships with customers
·         Be self-motivated, dependable, hardworking, persistent, professional and courteous
·         Maintain excellent knowledge of all vehicle models

·         Follow-up on all sales leads from a variety of sources (phone, walk-ins, ads, referrals)
          Work with SM/GSM to ensure individual and department sales goals are met

·         Be team players

Experience and Qualifications:

·         Proven sales experience, but WILL TRAIN the right person!

·         Superior communication and customer service skills

·         Excellent follow-through skills
·         High level of integrity
·         A positive, can-do, go-getter attitude!
