Job Description

Altier Credit Union is a progressive financial organization providing exceptional member service while maintaining a sound financial condition to support future direction.  We are in need of a call center representative II to assist members with their financial transactions and/or needs over the telephone.


Hours:
  Monday – Friday from 8:45 a.m. to 5:45 p.m.


Duties:

  • Answers incoming calls within established standards
  • Determines member needs by practicing excellent communication skills
  • Provides basic account information to members
  • Performs variety of financial transactions and functions
  • Proactively cross-sells credit union products and services
  • Handles various account service operations
  • Assists members with e-commerce products such as “Online Banking" and “Billpay"
  • Accurately balances daily transactions
  • Works to resolve member issues
  • Provides exceptional member service

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of similar call center experience    
  • Previous demonstrated sales experience
  • Previous financial institution experience
  • Loan application experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team player
