BSI is currently searching for a Customer Service Representative for our client in Boulder. The candidate will be providing Customer Service for an Internet Company.


JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Solving customer issues/complaints
  • Taking orders over the phone
  • Pulling/packing orders
  • Assisting shipping and other departments if needed


Job Requirements


This is a Temp to Hire position. The candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to solve customer issues in a friendly manner. In addition, the candidate must be able to pass a criminal background check.


COMPENSATION: $12 to $14  per hour


BSI and BP2 may conduct drug and alcohol testing and background checks as part of the applicant screening process
