Job Description

Job Summary:


The primary role is to generate qualified leads in order to maintain a revenue stream from our current customer base. This includes providing primary coverage on the inbound sales queue as well as outbound contacting of customers to reduce client attrition and maximize revenue potential from this segment of the business.  Utilizes both industry and product expertise in support of Abila Software products to clients and sales channel.

Job Requirements

Essential Functions:




  • Provides phone coverage for the inbound Sales queue, qualifying calls and directing them to the appropriate department or sales team member.
  • Calls on existing Abila clients to identify upgrade and training opportunities.
  • Conducts initial needs analysis and distributes qualified leads to Account Managers for further development.
  • Manages lead funnel and track activities in NetSuite (sales customer relationship management software)
  • Meets or exceeds monthly sales goals and objectives including standards of performance.
  • Answers customer’s basic product and service related questions.
  • Seeks out referrals from customers, and identifies satisfied customers for references.
  • Other duties as assigned






Qualifications and Requirements: (this section should include required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities as well as Credentials and Experience)




  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of inside sales experience, preferably inside telephone software or technology sales.
  • Self-driven, motivated and results oriented
