LifeCare Family Services is looking for an entry level hourly wage earner who will serve as Community Support Specialist for an Intensive In-home Crisis Diversion Program for Youth and Families in the Davidson County area. Responsibilities will include: serving families with Crisis Intervention within the community and family home, transport of youth and families to appointments, assist with obtainment of Family provisional needs, providing support for field specialists, collaboration with team members and all hours on-call availability for crisis assistance & monitoring. Position requires a minimum of a HS Diploma/GED; clean driving record; no felony record. 

Job Requirements

Position requires a minimum of a HS Diploma/GED, certification as a Peer Support Specialist; no felony record, personal parenting history with at-risk youth a plus; no felony record.  Available to work weekend.
