** Entry level Staff Analyst **
Responsibilities will include being involved in day-to-day finance cycle of several client investment funds while interacting with all levels of management as well as clients so strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.

** Institutional Service Assistant **
Provide support for senior level managers while also interacting with other institutional departments internally and externally. Frequent contact with clients, consultants and outside organizations. This position is a ground floor opportunity that has extreme growth and visibility that can / will lead to other opportunities within the organization for the right person.
** Institutional Sales Analyst **
The Institutional Sales Analyst will help strengthen and provide key support to the sales force. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team by providing them with information on existing and prospective clients, product information, competitive analysis and quarterly updates. The person in this role may over time and, if appropriate, begin to cover a territory.
** Create and update metro area reports which are used to increase the Salesperson’s awareness, efficiency and coverage of specific metro areas. Information includes all covered prospects by AUM, contacts, phone numbers, last contact date, etc.
** Update by assets, product, type of client and revenue where appropriate quarterly pipeline and client pie charts.
** Create “click-thru" reports on conferences to determine if we are following up on conference contacts: conference contact to meeting, meeting to search, search to hire.
** Produce monthly Top 50 reports and monitor with Sales Manager.
** Create historical meeting reports by product type, Top 50, client, new clients, type of prospect, etc.
** Perform quarterly Zephyr and eVestment analysis on all our focus products, concentrating on competitors and how we stand versus them.
** Maintain a database of competitive information on our focus products.
** Collect, digest and distribute research from Cerulli, Intersec, Greenwich, etc and synthesize where appropriate.
** Submit and track RFPs through Salesforce.
** Work effectively with the Institutional Sales People to maximize their time and efficiency on the road and phone.
** Marketing Communications Associate **
Work in / with marketing department and RFP team ( request for proposals ). Organize and prepare materials for client / portfolio meetings. Strong desire needed to start and learn from the ground floor in a marketing department.
