Executive/Niche Recruiter

 

Duration: Start ASAP – 6+ month contract (Could go perm)

Location: Richmond, VA

Hours:  M-F, 8-5

Pay: Negotiable/Competitive

 

Summary

  • Manages recruiting process for "high" difficult positions, specialty positions, broad client groups, highly technical client groups or complex track recruiting

  • Roles may include:  Audit, Treasury, Commercial, IT System Architecture, business analysts, etc

  • Self-directed execution of the full life cycle recruiting process

  • Development an effective sourcing strategy to provide a continuous flow of quality and quantity of candidates for the pipeline

  • Extremely influential candidate and client management, data tracking, and time to fill

  • Develop and execute strategies autonomously to include networking, call lists, niche social networking, and knowledge of the industry

  • Screens and counsels candidates, coaches the hiring team, and negotiates the close

  • Effectively lead formal debriefing session with the hiring team

  • Independent involvement when developing and executing strategies

     

    Requirements

  • 3 years sourcing/recruiting experience for Fortune 500 or other large companies

  • 7 + years of experience

  • Influential communicator, verbal and written

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Independently meets hiring needs/results
