With the growth of our offices across the state, Mental Health Cooperative is actively recruiting a HR/Benefits Specialist. This individual will manage the day to day operations for the Human Resources office and is responsible for the management of the organization's benefits package.

Job Requirements

We are seeking candidates with:

  • Current benefit’s experience required to include general knowledge of benefit plans, enrollment through termination process, adjudication of deductions and invoices 
  • Experience with wellness intiatives and the ability to guide the wellness committee with topic knowledge and contests
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Valid Tennessee Driver’s License
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)

  • Acceptable Criminal Background Investigation
