Bachelors degree or a combination of education and a minimum of one year call center experience
One year of experience with PC hardware and software such as Lotus Notes and Microsoft Windows is highly desired
Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
Ability to interact with people of all levels
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to multi-task
Good typing skills a plus
Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Some travel may be required.
