Account management and sales to large clients and prospects.  Uncover, sell and close multi-unit prospects by developing and delivering customized communication solutions.


 


JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:


  • Identify new sales opportunities within assigned territory

  • Develop and execute sales plans which afford solutions to client communication needs

  • Manage and support current and new clients on a continuous basis

  • Uncover and build organizational and decision making maps for each client and prospect

  • Develop multiple contacts within each client and prospect

  • Communicate through standardized process updates to senior management on sales target lists, activities and results

  • Retain clients and ensure ongoing satisfaction

  • Project management for implementation and upgrades to deliver on-time to client’s satisfaction

  • Respond to client inquiries and pricing requests

  • Build proposals and presentations

  • Capitalize on all resources to ensure new business close and current business growth

  • Negotiate to secure contracts with MIS and Telecommunications Managers in order to achieve revenue growth and retention

  • Negotiate new contracts and resolve client issues

  • Other duties as assigned

     


                                                              


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Autonomous decision making skills in customer service, solutions and retention
  • Experience in multi-unit, large sales strategy, process and close
  • Ability to sell to C level executives within an organization
  • Technical skills related to network and transmission design and local access services
  • Product knowledge of both switched and dedicated services, as well as associated end-user and carrier applications
  • Working knowledge of Enterprise IT environments, current IT trends, and key application drivers for telecommunications services.
  • Operational understanding of telecommunications ordering, provisioning, and billing processes

Job Requirements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


  • 2-4 yr College degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience selling in CLEC environment
  • Seasoned experience building a base of business with large Enterprise clients
  • Involvement in trade and commercial organizations to expand the market awareness of the brand
