ELECTRICAL SENIOR  PROJECT  MANAGER (TAMPA BAY)


Delta Construction Partners is a National Executive Search and Management Consulting Firm for the Nation’s premier General and Electrical Contractors and Industry professionals. Delta has been retained to conduct a search to fill the above position for a confidential client in their Tampa Bay location.

EDUCATION:
College Degree preferred

COMPENSATION:
A strong total compensation package will be offered; however, details will only be disclosed during the interview process.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:
• 10+ years experience as an Electrical Project Manager experience and demonstrate an ability to successfully manage large multi-million dollar projects such as data center, high rises, high density commercial hotels and large garden style apartment complexes
• Must have Journeyman or Master Electrician license
• Able to work closely with high-level customers, maintain and enhance strong, long-term customer relationships
• Able to work in a professional work environment and show strong business acumen
• Must have managed a project valued at more than $1million of electrical work
• Must have a strong track record of employment stability. No more than two employers within the last ten years
• Strong communication and leadership skills required
• Our ideal candidate has worked his way up from the field
• Works directly with customers associated with the projects in their territory; maintains customer relations to ensure customer satisfaction, quality of service, and long-term relations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Advanced computer skills
• Creates and approves material and labor budgets for assigned job sites within the designated territory; reviews and approves high level transactions
• Travels to jobsites regularly to ensure quality of work and address any problems or issues related to the project
• Develops and manages high level strategic planning of the labor force for all projects within their region
• Works closely with each Project Superintendent to provide high-level supervision of various aspects of project management for each project they manage
• Identify and implement strategies to reduce costs, maximize production, and enhance customer relations
• Consistently evaluates and trains key personnel within their territory
• Must be a non-smoker
