Entry Level Sales and Management Development Program - Full Time Position

Here at NorCal Acquisitions, Inc., we train and develop our managers from the ground up. We believe capabilities and experience is the best way to become a leader.  “A leader is someone who demonstrates what’s possible” - Mark Yarnell. Every manager goes through an entry level sales phase, then moves into a leadership role, and from there we keep them on the fast track to managing their own branch of our business.

  • The entry level phase is designed to teach essential work habits and communication skills as the trainee gets world class training on face-to-face sales with small to medium size business owners locally.
  • Planning, goal setting, work ethic, public speaking, sales training, and team building are some of the main concentrations with the trainee moving into the next phase of our program.
  • Once they have proven they can lead and manage a team effectively, they move into the branch manager phase.

We are experiencing a great amount of growth. The only problem with that is we are lacking enough qualified management trainees to fill new positions as they become available.
