The Assistant 1 typically requires a high school
diploma or equivalent and often a minimum of 2 years related experience.
Due to the nature of work performed within our
facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
Must have experience with computerized or automated
systems to accomplish tasks.
Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of
organizational policies, procedures and systems.
Must be able to perform basic mathematical
calculations, punctuate properly, spell correctly and transcribe accurately.
Candidates must be willing to work over 40 hours per
week, as needed, and be able to stand on their feet for long periods of time.
Candidates should have experience
with hand scanners for inventory control purposes.
Must have the ability to work
independently and be self-directed.
Accurately verify assembly build
Skill in both verbal and written communications.
Attention to detail to ensure
accurate counts and correct material is issued.
Ability to work well with others
in a team setting.
