Job Description

Job Summary:

The Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for planning and executing integrated demand generation programs that include online and offline elements, and tracking and reporting on the results of the programs to ensure proper measurement and lead / revenue accountability. The objective of the role is to develop and measure effective marketing programs that generate incremental pipeline for existing and new products and services. The Manager will engage as part of a cross-functional marketing operations team responsible for marketing process and technology integration to help measure and drive enterprise growth.

Reporting Relationships:

  • Reports to the VP, Marketing

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and execute sales prospecting programs and campaigns working closely with sales teams to maximize company established program initiatives that boost lead generation and activities and enhance exposure to support sales objectives
  • Lead the creation and management of dashboards that trend campaign effectiveness, prospect engagement, and funnel advancement.
  • Manage the Eloqua database including integration with CRM, data quality and troubleshooting
  • Plan and implement “trigger-based" nurturing programs in Eloqua that target all stages of prospect development, from cold nurtured leads to engagement to closed opps to expansion
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to create integrated digital media campaigns including email, webinars, online ads, website landing pages case studies and white paper programs.
  • Design and execute the “campaign launch" activity set including segmentation, list building, email management, data quality and reporting.
  • Build testing frameworks (spilt testing, deliverability and tracking) to optimize click-through and conversion rates across our digital media campaign portfolio.
  • Track conversion rate of leads and benchmark for ongoing improvement
  • Create metrics to calculate and manage ROI for each process to increase effectiveness and productivity
  • Protect company proprietary and confidential information
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or other applicable discipline required.
  • 3 - 5 years proven marketing campaign and demand generation experience.
  • CRM expertise required. Proven portfolio of successful automation programs, dashboards and models. Netsuite experience preferred.  
  • Proficient with CRM and Marketing Automation systems. Experience with NetSuite and Eloqua preferred. Proven portfolio of successful automation programs, dashboards and models
  • Familiarity with sales-stage nurture tactics, buyer personas, and lead scoring.
  • Demonstrated time management, organizational and problem solving skills. 
  • Must be able to manage and advance many projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to the unexpected.
  • Excellent interpersonal verbal, presentation and written communication adaptive to a broad range of audiences.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a cross-functional team to achieve high performance results within a positive, motivated and fast-changing environment.
  • Strong in program management execution and results driven.
