Job Description

Mitratech is the leading provider of enterprise legal management solutions. Law departments from Fortune 500 companies and large enterprise organizations around the world rely on Mitratech to help them manage their core legal processes, as well as governance risk and compliance.

This position is responsible for managing a team of Account Executives selling business and engineering applications/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers in a domestic “Geographic" territory model.


Candidate must be flexible and excited about working in a fast paced company; have proven communication and organizational skills; and be willing and able to focus on both internal and external customer service to meet business needs.  This role requires high energy and is very transaction oriented.  The expectations are that the candidate will spend over 50% of their time in the field with the Account Executives helping to guide them through opportunities.


  • Mentor and coach the sales team to meet business objectives
  • Responsible for sales team pipeline development, deal forecasting, and deal execution
  • Guide Account Executives on resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
  • Assist with developing solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the relative application suites (License, SaaS and Hosting). 
  • Ensure that all Account Executives are following the company’s standard sales process 
  • Assist with negotiations and contractual agreement to close the sale. 
  • Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers and partners. 
  • Travel will be required (50%).

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years field sales experience and/or sales management experience with focus on high volume transactions 
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent. 
  • Highly developed solution selling, customer relations and negotiating skills. 
  • Strong track record of revenue attainment either as an individual achiever or team lead.
  • Experience selling applications and knowledge of the corporate legal industry and existing contacts in the industry is desirable.
  • Ability to interact with C level executives Strong leadership characteristics.

  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • MBA is preferred.
