Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for clinical research professionals with at least one year of Clinical Site Coordination experience to fill Clinical Research Associate (CRA) openings with Medpace.  We will fully train you for the CRA position and you will have the opportunity to work home-based for an established, growing CRO.  You have the opportunity to earn a generous travel bonus in addition to a competitive salary.

Main responsibilities for a CRA include:

  • Conduct pre-study, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits for research sites according to Medpace/Sponsor SOPs and GCP;
  • Maintain ongoing site correspondence and site files;
  • Complete visit reports and maintaining study-related databases;
  • Oversight and interaction with clinical research sites; and
  • Review of patient charts and clinical research data.  

Job Requirements


  • Related industry experience (e.g. Study Coordinator, Data Management,  etc.);
  • Must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a health or science related field;
  • Basic knowledge of clinical research methodologies and ability to understand and present relevant clinical and pre-clinical topics;
  • Knowledge of GCP and regulations regarding clinical studies;
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft® Office;
  • Outstanding communication skills; and
  • Must be detail-oriented and efficient in time management.


Travel: Approximately 60-80% non-local, national travel is required.
