With huge inventories, we see a much higher average number of cars sold per month than your normal dealership. Job Requirements


Sales Consultants are expected to be out-going, professional and have an internal drive for excellence and success.  Candidates MUST have the ability to multi-task as we are an extremely high volume dealer.  Our forte is building rapport, listening well to our customers and helping them find exactly what they need…and the result is excellent sales volume.   Applicants must be action oriented, “doers" who get the job done even when obstacles are in the way.  Team-work is the name of the game at CarSense.  Applicants must have a servant mentality and be ready to do what it takes to help each other and our customers.  Retail sales experience with a focus on helping a customer find what they need is a plus.  Auto sales experience is not required.
