OnCall, LLC is a leading provider of comprehensive outsourced sales and marketing solutions to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and dental industries.  OnCall LLC is widely recognized for providing  high quality outsourced sales solution teams.



Primary Responsibilities Include:

Outbound telesales calling on medical professionals in the Dental field presenting a “top selling" exam glove and related duties to same.

▪ Dialing an average of 60 – 80 calls per day.

▪ Engage practice decision maker in product information for the purpose to sell or sample product.

▪ Coordinate sending free samples and additional information about the product.

▪ Facilitate appropriate follow up calls to request feedback and learn how they purchase products.

▪ Effectively record technical information through an automated software process

Job Requirements


Position Requirements:

▪ High School Diploma or GED required.  Any college exposure a Plus.

▪ Minimum of 1+ year experience working in a Call Center is a Must.

▪ Experience in a professional office business setting is highly desired.

▪ Proven experience with Microsoft Office products a Must.

▪ Pharmaceutical / Medical device exposure and / or experience desired and considered a Plus.

▪ Demonstrated abilities with verbal and written communication.  Good command of the English language.
