Job Description

Job is located in Montgomery, AL.


  • B.S. degree in engineering or a related discipline plus 7 years’ experience.
  • Strong problem solving, conflict resolution, communication and computer skills.
  • Ability to make good decisions and take decisive action in a fast pace environment.
  •  Be able to prepare and work within a budget.
  • Communication skills both oral and written required.
  • Experience working in the automotive field with either plastic or painted automotive exterior parts is a must.


 

  • Support company values and goals to establish a world class organization.
  • Monitor and inspect the quality of product, repairs, quality of workmanship, proper labeling.
  • Interact and meet with various departments and staff within the plant to improve standard operating procedures, 5 panel presentation skills and auditing practices.
  • Apply a sense of urgency to addressing, resolving and documenting internal and external Quality matters in a timely manner.
  • Prepare or review official quality document to get approval from customer.
  • Review corrective action plan and attend customer’s quality meeting to explain it.
  • Summarize quality index and make improvement plans with other department.
  • Review inspection report and make a summary to report it.
  • Attend quality meeting to resolve any kind dispute with customer or other department.
  • Audit periodical internal process and supplier process to be in stable quality level.
  • Check effectiveness of quality improvement activities and update the plan.
  • Check quality process according to TS16949 procedures.
  • Help to create an atmosphere to promote continuous improvement.
  • Seek (OFI) opportunity-for-improvement in safety, quality, productivity, cost and delivery.
