Job Description

Our Business Advisory Solutions Group is actively enhancing its TEAM of Program and Project Manager Consultants who have Technical and/or Operational Risk Expertise to lead key initiatives at a major Pittsburgh area client.  

Job Requirements

Premier Alliance engages top notch PM’s and Program Managers with the following “must haves":

  • The ability to LEAD the direct project TEAM, the stakeholders and the PMO, as applicable
  • The ability to provide thought leadership
  • The ability to carefully monitor and mitigate project related risks
  • Effective negotiation, influencing and  communication skills
  • Excellent PM triple constraint skills ....Time, Cost and Scope
  • Excellent  organizational and people skills, plus the ability to articulate at all levels of the organization

In addition to the required skills listed above, the successful candidate will have:

  • Significant experience leading projects and/or programs  associated with Technical Risk / Operational Risk within a large banking or financial services organization
  • Experience with RCSA (Risk Control Self Assessments)
  • Experience with Thomson Reuters / Archer a big plus
  • Experience with various GRC (Governance, Risk, & Compliance) platforms a big plus
  • Excellent experience with Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC)
  • PMP certification, preferred
  • Six Sigma or similar experience preferred
  • MS Project, Primavera, and/or Clarity tool experience
  • Change management experience (desired)
