Sierra Tucson developed the Sierra Model of treatment, which recognizes that all of us exist as mind, body, spirit, and emotions. Therefore, a multidisciplinary team of professional, highly-skilled staff utilize a bio-psycho-social-spiritual approach to create individualized treatment plans that address the whole person. Medical and psychiatric services combine with Twelve-Step philosophy and a full range of traditional and experiential therapies, including EMDR, Equine-Assisted Therapy, and Adventure Therapy. Integrative therapies such as Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Massage Therapy, Qigong, Reiki, Shiatsu, Somatic Experiencing®, Yoga, and Zero Balancing enhance the treatment process. Sierra Tucson is currently seeking Media and Creative Development Coordinator to join the Marketing department.

The Media and Creative Development Coordinator is responsible for the conceptual process and production of all official Sierra Tucson information including high quality, sophisticated publications, branding and advertising campaigns, as well as website and e-newsletters. The Coordinator is responsible for editorial content, design, and printing of all internal and external communications and communicating information over electronic media to our various audiences. The Coordinator works closely with other marketing roles to develop consistent messaging.

Job Requirements


 

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred with three to five years’ experience in communications field to include publications design and website production
  • Excellent English, writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Experience in graphic design/desktop publishing; ability to design, layout, and coordinate printing and mailing of brochures, newsletters, cards, etc.
  • Knowledge of HTML - Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies
  • Knowledge in social media tools and technologies
  • Microsoft Office applications: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Adobe applications: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Professionalism and business acumen
