Position Overview:
Management of operations for regional full-service multi-concept restaurant chain. Managers can expect to be trained in both culinary operations and hospitality operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee hospitality and salesmanship of staff
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of dining room and/or kitchen and restaurant equipment
  • Staffing, training, and scheduling employees
  • Ensure high quality products and service are given to guests

Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years salaried management experience and family or casual dining
  • Demonstrated ability to drive profitable growth while continuously improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, and Associates
  • Proven track record in maintaining strong cost controls, and quality standards
  • Prior knowledge with Performance Management
  • Prior knowledge with Coaching & Corrective Action
  • Training & Professional Development
  • Willingness to relocate (now are in the future) a plus
