Staffing Coordinator




Our Staff Coordinator is expected to perform a variety of duties in the coordination of scheduling services for our clients. The Staff Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling clients and CAREGivers in order to provide the highest quality service to clients. Applicants need a stable work history in health care staffing or a related field. 
  • All applicants must be organized, detail oriented, be able to multi-task, and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills as well as being an effective listener.
  • You must have the ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills as well as the ability to  make sound judgments and good decisions while performing the job duties.

Job Requirements

 Applicant must have a vehicle, current driver’s license, current automobile insurance and a clear driving record and criminal history.

  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office
  • Must have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines

  • Must be patient, engaging  and congenial on the telephone
  • Must be creative in order to determine the ideal schedule for some clients
  • Initiative to complete duties promptly and assist other office staff as needed
