The Clinical Research Associate at Medpace is offered the unique opportunity to be involved at every stage of the drug development process by providing unrivaled support to our customers. Our successful Clinical Research Associates possess varied backgrounds in the medical and related healthcare fields. Individuals who have succeeded in the CRA role include Registered Nurses, Dieticians, Pharmacy Technicians, Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives and Research Assistants. An extensive training program provides the platform to effectively and confidently carry out your duties.

This position is office-based in Cincinnati, OH


  • Oversight and interaction with clinical research sites;
  • Maintain ongoing clinical research site correspondence and site files;
  • Review of patient charts and clinical research data; and
  • Complete visit reports and maintaining study-related databases.

Job Requirements

Required skills:

  • Must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a health or science related field,
  • Approximately 60-80% non-local, national travel is required;
  • Past work experience in an office setting, preferably in a research or health related environment;
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft® Office;
  • Outstanding communication skills; and
  • Must be detail-oriented and efficient in time management.


Preferred skills:

  • Clinical research experience
