Job Description

  • Provide support to senior executives.
  • Organize and maintain files and records.
  • Plan and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Make travel arrangements.
  • Complete online and written requests for employment verifications.
  • Assist with recruitment and interview process.
  • Assist HR Director with various research projects and/or special projects.

Job Requirements

  • Professional oral communication skills, demonstrate accuracy and ensure quality of work.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and planning skills required.
  • 5 + years related experience or equivalent combination not education and experience.
  • Bachelors Degree preferred but not required.
