Able to write business correspondence, procedure manuals, and other reports as needed. Ability to effectively answer questions from hourly employees, supervisors, Managers, and Directors or any other customer / client as required to meet business needs.

Proficient in GMP; Experience with FDA, USDA, SQF, OSHA, MSDS and other chemical regulations. General knowledge of other food-related Regulatory and Environmental Agencies.
High Diploma required . Bachelor's Degree in Business, Quality, Engineering, or related field is strongly preferred.
Must have at least 5 years of working experience and a minimum of 3 years in a Supervision / Management Role
Experience in SAP is strongly preferred.
Physical Activity / Working Conditions
Walking, sitting, bending, reaching, climbing stairs. Able to lift 10 lbs on a regular basis, frequently lift 20 lbs, and able to lift 50 lbs on occasion.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and able to navigate through email and internet.
