Our client, a very successful law firm in San Francisco’s Financial District, is seeking a fluent Spanish speaker who is extremely professional, polished, and experienced Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, as we have a high volume of clients and counsel coming through their doors.
Will provide a professional and welcoming first impression to visitors and callers. This customer-service oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant will provide complete phone coverage, front-office customer support, and clerical support. 35 hour work week (9 to 5) Great benefits!
Delivering an overall professional first impression to visitors and customers
Managing the front desk
Opening the office on a daily basis
Ensuring that the reception area and conferences rooms create a good impression
Greeting visitors, determining the nature and purpose of visit, and directing or escorting them to specific destinations
Answering the telephone, responding to basic queries, and screening and speedily forwarding calls to the appropriate staff member
Taking accurate messages and making sure that the appropriate employee receives them in a timely manner
Informing the office of the building of maintenance issues
Registering guests with building security
Scheduling conference rooms
Assisting with projects that can be completed at front desk (ordering lunches and supplies, other projects as requested)
Creating and maintaining various firm directories/documents
Creating Federal Express labels and sending packets to various offices
Serving as back up to our Facilities Coordinator and administrative support
