Job Description



A prestigious law firm in Concord is looking for a temporary receptionist / backup administrative assistant to join their practice starting May 11th. Assignment will last at least six-weeks - through June 24 and very possibly, the week of June 27 as well.  The hours for this role are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Business casual attire. 

Duties include: 


  • Spend 80% of day covering reception desk
  • Scan documents into pdf for distribution to clients
  • Oversee conference room arrangements and scheduling for office meetings, including any videoconferences
  • Coordinate visiting offices and guests’ requests
  • Set priorities to accomplish attorneys’ work in a timely fashion
  • Answer telephones in a professional manner and direct callers
  • Assist with some billing and accounting functions

Job Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and coordinate work
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Ability to think critically in a pressured environment
  • Systems Required: MS Office, Excel, Access, and Outlook
  • Any attorney time/billing programs ideal but not required
