Billing Coordinator

domiciled at our facility in Frederick, MD

 

Under supervision is responsible for daily audit and review of trip details as they are submitted to Carey International to generate both end-customer billings and service provider payments.

Job Requirements

 

Education:          High school or equivalency degree

  

Experience:          Minimum 2 years accounting/billing/office or similar experience.  Experience working with Billing/Accounting systems.  Experience working in an Accounts Payable environment a plus.

                         

SKILLS:        

  • Must have proven ability to work in a deadline driven environment with established timeframes for invoice generation and service provider pay. 
  • Excellent communication skills – oral & written
  • Excellent customer service skills and attitude
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think logically
  • Ability to use Crystal Reporting a plus
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office – Excel and Word
  • 10 key by touch
  • 30 words per minute typing
