Job Description


A leading consulting firm located in Chicago Loop seeks a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team. The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for updating employee information, maintaining personnel files, assist with onboarding of new employees, and other administrative duties as needed. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of human resources experience.

 

Responsibilities of the Human Resources Coordinator:

  • Assist the Human Resources team with benefits administration
  • Update employee information in the HRIS system
  • Maintain personnel files
  • Assist with new employee on boarding, including new hire paperwork, and new hire presentations
  • Track and assist with advisor, mentor, and colleague matching programs
  • Other administrative duties as needed


Job Requirements


Requirements of the Human Resources Coordinator:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 1-4  years of HR experience with HRIS experience preferred
  • Must have strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
