Job Description

Mid-sized law firm in San Jose is looking for an experienced Litigation Legal Secretary.  The successful candidate will work effectively across departments, and must have at least 3 years of litigation secretarial experience.  The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, proactive, personable, non-confrontational, and easy-going.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing busy schedules (calendaring), heavy email and client correspondence, e-filing, word processing including TOC/TOA production. Will be supporting 3 attorneys.

Job Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 3+ years experience as a Litigation Secretary 

  • Minimum 65 wpm typing speed

  • Heavy litigation exposure is a must

  • MS 2010 is required
