Bilingual Policy Support Center Representative

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Customer Contact Representative - Phone.  The Customer Service department is the primary point of contact for policyholders calling Americo regarding their life insurance policies.  The Customer Contact Representative – Phone will be responsible in answering customer service phone calls and processing basic Customer Service requests such as address changes and mailing forms.

Job Requirements

Trainee candidates must have good keyboarding and computer skills, communication and interpersonal skills are required. Must be able to type 40 words per minute. Previous customer service experience (preferably in a financial services related industry) is needed. College degree is preferred and may substitute for experience.

 

Representative candidates must have the same basic office skills as Trainees. In addition candidates should have at least two years of experience working in an insurance processing environment. College degree is preferred but not mandatory. Education may substitute for some experience.

 

Senior Representative candidates must have the same basic skills and have at least three years of experience working in an insurance related processing environment. Candidates must have the ability to process multiple and complex transactions. A college degree is preferred, but not mandatory. Education may substitute for some experience.

 

Must be Fluent in Spanish and English.
