We are seeking for an Instructional Designer - B for a very important client

Assess the needs of the organization; Design effective intervention strategies that improve individual and organizational performance; Establish standards for training and performance assessment. Conduct education needs assessment; Develop curricula; Consult and apply advanced instructional design; Plan and design education/training material; Train instructors; Evaluate all aspects of entity training; Assess impact of training on job performance; Facilitate team interventions; Participate in internal audits. Introduces new training ideas into the organization, adapts new ideas and converts them into approaches that meet training/regulatory challenges. Leads projects, identifies scope and outcomes, motivates participants and leads project to conclusion. May oversee other instructors and their work. Works with supervisors/managers to develop plans, timetables and contingencies for performance improvement intervention. Participates in benchmarking and evaluates training effectiveness. Establishes measurement and evaluation designs and develops assessment instruments. Possible light management, team lead. 

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

-Individual must be able to work independently as well as with others. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. Job responsibilities may include other relating duties as assigned. 

-B.S. / B.A. in Business, Education or Communication. 
-Training and development certification desired.

-Minimum five years of relevant experience in training and development required
-Intermediate to advanced proficiency and experience working with Articulate Storyline or similar authoring tool
-Recent background and experience developing computer-based training (CBT) courses and/or training for a new system implementation required.  
-Ability to produce concise and innovative materials to seamlessly support learning transfer (such as interactive job aids, logic branching, course bundling or integrate key learning indicators)
-Experience working as Training Specialist/Developer for Fortune 500 company 
-Proficient with SharePoint and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
-Excellent communication skills.
-Knowledge of IT systems to support Quality in initiatives.
-Experience dealing with international locations is desirable.

Basic Qualifications
-Strong communication, time management, reasonable facilitation skills,
-Intermediate level design and development, and experience with Learning
-Must demonstrate high-standards for work performance. Produces quality work the first time. Seeks to exceed expectations.
-A self-starter and pushes to get things done. Must demonstrate initiative and be able to manage multiple priorities and drive towards results.
-Project management experience desired. Comfortable developing schedules for key deliverables and meeting commitments/due dates.
-Excellent interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work under aggressive timelines and assure training materials are developed thoroughly and accurately within target dates.
-Ability to speak and write effectively with a clear and concise communication style across a global organization.
