Job Description

Fun, growing company seeks a customer service representative to perform the following duties:

-Responsible for all client communications

-Order entry

-Identify, research, and resolve customer issues

-Make sure deadlines are met

-Follow-up on all open items and update customers on status/progress of requests

-Returns, credits and claim follow ups etc

-Manage client database records

-Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements


          

Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service

Detail oriented

Problem solving skills

Ability to Multitask

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator

High level of initiative and work well in a team environment

Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well

Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction

Excellent computer skills (graphics a plus)

Ad agency/trade show experience a plus
