Job Description

Leasing Assistant/ Property Rental Assistant
We manage rental properties (houses and apartments) in the ASU/Tempe area.  Looking for a person or persons (full or part time) for general office/leasing duties including processing rental applications, posting rent payments and vendor invoices, answering phones, coordinating repair people, etc.  Must be personable, detail oriented and able to multi-task in an often fast paced environment. 

Basic computer skills are required, with QuickBooks experience preferred.  We are normally open until 6:00 PM (sometimes later), as well as Saturdays and part of Sunday, and can be flexible in term of dividing up these time periods up according to availability.  This position is paid hourly (not commission) with overtime pay as needed.  We offer a friendly, casual atmosphere with excellent pay and benefits. Job Requirements

Must be able to pass a pre-hire drug screen and background check.  Prefer QuickBooks experience and must be able to type a minimum of 35 WPM.
