Large, International Consulting firm is currently seeking an Office Services Representative to join their team.  Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting clients, tracking registration for in house training, ordering supplies, maintaining files and data, and other general support.  Must be very professional and outgoing.  This position will be 11am-7pm.

Job Requirements

Must have at least 1 year administrative experience.  Proficiency with Word and Excel is required. Candidate must be very detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication skills. Great opportunity for a humble person that truly enjoys the administrative role!  This is an ongoing temporary position.
