Job Description

A small equipment and appraisal company on the South side of Chicago is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team! The Office Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the company CRM database, answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate departments and staff, mail and fax distribution, ordering of supplies, as well as other needed administrative duties. 


Responsibilities of the Office Administrator:

  • Maintenance of the company CRM database
  • Welcoming on-site visitors and directing them to appropriate personnel
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and fax 
  • Assist with ordering of office equipment
  • Other administrative responsibilities as needed



Job Requirements


Requirements of the Office Administrator:

  • Associates degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of CRM software experience
  • Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a team player in a fast paced deadline driven environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
