Specific responsibilities include: Partner with internal TMS clients to understand desired information and gather reporting parameters, requirements and deadlines. Provide recommendations on what information can be included based on knowledge of available information and reporting capabilities. Extract and compile talent and employment data related to performance, retention, hiring and training from MyCareer and other systems. Analyze data to ensure internal clients are getting the necessary information to assist them in their research, recommendations and decisions. Partner with various departments within Corporate Services to gather data related to HR reporting and audits (both Federal and State). Extract, compile and analyze data from various HRMS systems in order to create and/or complete compliance related reports and forms such as: forms requiring EEO and AAP data, annual OSHA 300A logs, Workers Compensation reporting, applicant tracking reports, data clean-up and analysis, and custom ad hoc reporting. Run historical data from previous HRMS to ensure quality of reporting. Act as a system tester for annual reports and training rollouts. Act as a back-up in managing our relocation program. This includes consulting with management on relocation packages, creating or obtaining cost estimates, and partnering with our relocation provider and relocating employees to manage relocation details. Act as a back-up to the talent management System Administrator(s). This includes monitoring system support inbox, responding to end user questions and ensuring Tier 1 issues are resolved in a timely manner aligning with department SLAs. Job Requirements

ualifications: Bachelors degree or AA degree and equivalent work experience required, preferably in HR, MIS Business or related area. 4+ years experience working in HRMS, talent management system and/or business enterprise system, including creating queries and extracting and compiling data. Strong understanding of data security and importance of maintaining and protecting employee information. Organized, analytical, motivated and capable problem solver. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot systematic problems and gather and document requirements. Demonstrated ability to perform fit/gap analysis based on requirements and create thorough documentation. Demonstrated ability to multi-task and continually prioritize job responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience managing relocation program preferred. Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook). Advanced knowledge of Excel required. Ability to create queries and extract and compile data required.
