The ideal candidate for this role will be a CPA, have accounting management experience in a non-profit organization and 15+ years of accounting experience. Please note that experience managing a staff and a passion for being part of a team are important for success in this role. A history of job stability is critical for consideration, as are very strong computer skills and excellent communication skills. This is a succession planning role that is intended to lead to a CFO slot in the coming years.
