Compensation: $50,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year

Robert Half is searching for a Technical Support Engineer. This position will provide direct support to external client for a very successful enterprise application. This role will require a unique individual who works well in a team environment but can also stand on his/her own as an individual. We are looking for an individual who is interested in joining a high performing team within a very successful firm. This is a full-time/employee position with strong benefits and a good work/life balance. This position will require good communications skills and a professional demeanor, since it will communicate directly with the external clients via the telephone and email. The ideal candidate will have experience providing technical support for a commercial application. The support specialist may work closely with the end user either to help them resolve problems integrating the application into the client s website or internal applications or to help the client resolve issues utilizing the application s functionality or integrating its data into the application.

Job Requirements

Must have
  • An understanding of software development. Some experience with a programming language (eg. C, C++, C#, Java)
  • Customer centric
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
Nice to have
  • SQL
  • Experience in an application support role
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Business Intelligence (BI) experience
