Join the Nursing team of Holly Hill Hospital, a growing, private, psychiatric facility that has provided over 30 years' worth of service to the community. We are passionate about excellent quality care in the treatment and recovery of adults and adolescents with psychiatric and/or chemical dependency illnesses.

Based in Raleigh, NC, Holly Hill Hospital is perfectly located in a rapidly growing family-oriented community that is just hours from the mountains and the beaches and is a surrounded by major universities.

We are privileged to have a rich compliment of dedicated employees. Due to our expansion and growing demand for our services, we currently have immediate need for Part Time and Full Time Registered Nurses.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Training:
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred. 

Experience:
• One year inpatient psychiatric experience with adults, adolescents and/or children preferred.

Licensure/Certification:
• Current North Carolina State Registered Nurse License or compact state RN license
• Current North Carolina Driver’s License
• Current CPR Certification (American Heart Association, Healthcare Provider required)
• CPI Certification

Knowledge and Skills:
• Knowledge of appropriate nursing assessment, diagnoses, & interventions with patients.
• Knowledge of milieu management.
• Ability to direct subordinates in the performance of their duties.
• Ability to accurately administer medication and monitor side-effects.
• Ability to safely implement Special Treatment Procedures.
• Ability to develop therapeutic relationships with patients and families
• Skill in preparing and maintaining appropriate medical record documentation
