  • Implement and manage online advertising campaigns, including testing periods and launch
  • Monitor, track, troubleshoot and optimize running campaigns
  • Work closely with Sales teams to achieve client campaign goals
  • Serve as a liaison between the various internal operational teams.
  • Leverage media products to influence the company's top and bottom lines
  • Provide product requirements to product management teams

Job Requirements


We are looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented professional to support the needs of the Media Operations team at Conversant. A strong candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 3-5 years of media delivery, ad operations, account management experience
  • Online experience with an ad agency, online publisher or media company
  • Good understanding of media buying, and industry terms, players, history and direction
  • Creative self starter, with the proven ability to handle multiple projects while consistently meeting objectives in a dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and work well with metrics, numbers and trends
  • Demonstrated project management, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Technology savvy, with basic HTML
  • Not required, knowledge of SQL helpful
