Job Description


1. Business Development - Assigned geographic territory
a. 15-20 outside appointments and/or cold calls per week
b. Develop wholesale and correspondent business relationships with community banks, credit unions, mortgage bankers and mortgage brokers
2. Must be a self-starter and demonstrate the ability to take personal responsibility for solving problems AND seeing customer solutions through from beginning to end.
3. Lead new customer orientation, training, and set up.
4. Primary resource for customers for all technical, procedural and policy questions.
5. Point of contact for escalation of urgent issues or exceptions regarding internal departments and third party customers.
6. Conflict resolution for internal departmental, third-party or customer issues.

7. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of sales data

8. Extensive (greater than 50%) travel required.
9. Additional assignments as determined by Management

Job Requirements


*The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 successful years as a wholesale or correspondent Account Executive.

*Persuasive selling skills

*Must have excellent customer service skills

*Able to work in a fast paced environment

*Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate careful decision making skills

*Knowledge of appraisal process preferred.

*Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred.

*Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
