Job Description


The Jr. Building Services Coordinator will report directly into the Building Services Manager and is responsible for maintaining a clean working environment. The ideal candidate must have a positive attitude, high energy and passion to provide hands on building service support.  


•Maintain kitchen inventory levels and restocking kitchen – keeping kitchens neat and clean
•Make sure coffee is prepared each morning and plenty of clean cups are available.
•Maintain office supply inventory, ensures supply room is fully stocked and filling copier stations with paper daily
•Maintain a clean, organized office including conference rooms and common areas
•Performs general clean up, trash pick-up around the office, gathering and emptying trash/recycling
•Help prepare and setup office functions, activities and all office moves

Job Requirements

•High school diploma required
•Excellent verbal communication skills required
•Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check
•Must be able to lift 50 lbs
•Excellent customer service skills required
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

•Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal search
