Well respected St.Louis firm is hiring for a Director of Benefits and Compensation. This direct hire role is looking for an experienced Benefit Administrator with 10 plus years managing Benefit Plans including open enrollment, Plan selection, Profit Sharing, 401K Management,and also getting the Wellness and Prevention Program off the ground. Experience in Compensation will include rewriting job descriptions, bench marking and working with Management to determine succession planning strategies. This role will have 3 direct reports. Compensation for this role will be in the 6 figure range with the opportunity to earn up to an additional 15% bonus. Excellent healthcare package and profit sharing. Intermediate 401K/RRSP Administration, Advanced Strategic Planning, Intermediate Stock Administration, Advanced Benefits Administration, Intermediate Benchmarking, Intermediate MS Excel, Intermediate MS Word, Intermediate MS PowerPoint, Intermediate MS Outlook. Ceridian.
