Marketing Specialist – Atlanta Branch
 Responsibilities
  • Telephone contact of Agents and potential insured’s to promote the Division’s programs.
  • Receive in-bound telephone calls inquiring about our programs and explain how RLI can meet their needs.
  • Follow-up on the phone, via email or in written form all phone and web-site inquires about our insurance programs.
  • Update various databases that the Marketing Department uses for marketing activity.
  • Work with the Vice President of Marketing and the three (3) Program Managers on special projects and surveys.
  • Update and maintain records of all activates.
  • At times support the activities of the Marketing Assistant (No actual selling).
 Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of Customer contact or telephone experience.
  • Previous Insurance background is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, especially by phone.
  • Working knowledge of PC’s.
  • Good organizational and follow up skills.
  • Highly motivated and task-oriented.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
