NetSpend, a Tsys company is seeking a Production Support Analyst to support various areas of the processing environment by automating processes, troubleshooting problems with various internal departments, and configuring and maintaining software platforms within our primary, secondary, and certification environments.
- As a member of a team, conduct software component installation and monitoring within a 24/7 Production Environment
- Analyst and recommend requirements and improvements of current application and systems platforms
- Maintain and create documentation via an internal Wiki which details aspects of the NetSpend processing environment
- Follow strict procedural information to affect Application and OS patching
- Participate in 1st level 7x24x365 support for mission-critical server systems; there will be a need to periodically carry an on-call pager within an 8-week rotation (1 week on, 7 weeks off)
