Compensation: $109,800.99 to $134,200.99 per year

Excellent opportunity for candidates with more than 10 years of Records Management experience at a Downtown Global Law Firm. Candidates for this role are responsible for the current Records System; handling the transfer in and transfer out of both physical and electronic files; and implementing the firms Retention policies. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting, hiring, training, developing and supervising staff. In addition, candidates ideally will have more than five (5) years of supervisory experience. The ideal candidate should be highly service-oriented and possess strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. They should be able to work successfully in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to work independently as well as with others. Job Requirements

Candidates with more than 10 years of Records Management experience and more than five (5) years of supervisory experience will be highly considered.
